Extrajudicial Action

A Friendly, or Extrajudicial, Collection is the first collection stage that we carry out. In these cases there is no need to go to court to mediate the agreement and the service differential is that we seek to understand the situation in order to propose coherent alternatives that facilitate the reduction of debt safely and without constraints.

Our approach is friendly and we look for possible discounts, enabling installments or full payment, benefits, among other measures with opportunities to settle the debt by installments or full payment.

Judicial collection

A court charge only takes place if the friendly charge is not successful. It occurs when we cannot reach an agreement with the debtor and, therefore, we take legal action so that the disputes are settled. If this type of action occurs, the measures taken are the execution of debt, monitoring collection, credit authorization and others.
